      - Collect detailed information from potential clients and qualify leads based on case suitability
      - Conduct conflict checks and check docket reports
      - Follow up with leads via phone and CRM, offering various consultation types
      - Draft engagement agreements and maintain electronic files, ensuring proper documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside within the Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area
      - Must have a secure, enclosed home office for remote work during normal business hours
      - Previous experience in a law firm or customer service in the financial sector or professional services
      - Ability to process and evaluate a large volume of information daily
      - Strong communication skills and attention to detail
