      Responsibilities
      • Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from potential clients, providing a friendly, empathetic, and professional first impression
      • Conduct initial screening of potential clients to determine the nature of their legal issues and their fit for our firm
      • Gather and accurately record detailed and confidential information in a client relationship management (CRM) system
      • Schedule consultations between potential clients and the Client Engagement team
      • Provide clients with information about our firm's services and practices, and help them understand the next steps
      • Follow up with potential clients as needed to ensure a smooth onboarding process

      Qualifications
      • Excellent communication skills and a high degree of empathy, Emotional IQ
      • Proficiency in using CRM software and other office management tools
      • Customer Service and/or sales experience
      • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
      • A high school diploma or equivalent is needed, while a Bachelor's degree is desired
      • Previous legal experience is a plus
