      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
      - Manage the contract lifecycle end-to-end, including document generation and internal approval collection
      - Support operational systems by updating templates and optimizing workflows
      - Maintain and improve knowledge repositories and legal trackers
      - Assist with team projects and provide paralegal and administrative support
      - Track metrics and oversee the signature process for legal agreements

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - Bachelor’s Degree (paralegal certification is a plus)
      - 1-3+ years of experience in a legal operations role or corporate legal department
      - Knowledge of contract lifecycle management and experience with contract workflows
      - Strong project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      - Experience in a rapidly growing and/or evolving environment
      - Ability to review and understand legal agreements for business stakeholders
      - Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency
