      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage, mentor, and develop the Legal Operations team, setting clear goals and supporting career growth
      - Own and execute the Legal Operations roadmap, focusing on AI-enabled tooling strategy and workflow modernization
      - Collaborate with Legal team leadership and stakeholders to enhance contracting workflows and audit readiness
      - Drive the adoption of contracting systems and oversee the architecture of the CLM platform
      - Manage outside counsel billing and legal vendor relationships, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8–10+ years of Legal Operations or relevant operational experience in high-growth SaaS environments
      - 4+ years of people management experience
      - Proven ability to partner with heads of legal and align legal ops to legal priorities
      - Experience with automation tools and implementing ticketing platforms for Legal teams
      - Strong program/project management and operational analytics skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to develop or refine knowledge architecture for internal legal content
      - Lean/Six Sigma, PMP, or product management training
