      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the global privacy compliance program and coordinate responses to privacy inquiries and assessments
      - Administer vendor management and procurement programs, ensuring compliance with company policies
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve compliance-driven policies and procedures
      - Develop recommendations for process mapping and workflow approvals to enhance compliance effectiveness
      - Assist with contract management, policy updates, and preparation of training materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-10 years of experience in legal operations, privacy program management, or similar roles
      - Experience in using process management tools and systems that promote efficiency
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills for developing policies and conducting training sessions
      - Keen attention to detail and strong project management skills
      - Familiarity with contract terms and contract management is helpful

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in data privacy compliance requirements and best practices; a CIPM or similar certification is ideal but not required
      - Experience in education technology or organizations subject to COPPA, FERPA, or state student privacy laws
      - Enthusiasm for technology's potential to transform workflows and an understanding of AI governance
