- Lead the expansion, renewal, amendment, and tracking of company licenses to ensure compliance with federal, state, and international regulations.
- Analyze and track consumer complaints and departmental responses using legal matter management systems.
- Receive, record, and coordinate the response to subpoenas and complaints; assist with document collection and ensure timely, thorough replies.
- Maintain accurate records of legal documents, licenses, and regulatory filings; generate regular reports on licensing and compliance status.
- Support legal counsel by preparing applications, drafting legal documents, compiling data, conducting legal research, and organizing case artifacts.
- Develop, implement, and improve internal workflows, processes, and policies to increase department efficiency and effectiveness.
- Become a master user of the Enterprise Legal Management system and support internal users.
- Coordinate with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and outside counsel regarding licensing, filings, and other legal matters.
- Prepare and submit annual licensing reports to Secretaries of State and Departments of Insurance.
- Monitor changes in regulatory or complaint handling procedures and assist with preparing internal communications or updates.
- Operate legal technology tools to create and manage documentation, reports, and budgets.
- Ensure the confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive litigation or investigation materials.
- 3-5 years of experience in working as a Corporate Paralegal and administering Corporate Insurance Program, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field and/or commensurate experience.

The Senior Legal Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the operational excellence of the Legal Department by managing licensing processes, overseeing compliance-related workflows, and providing advanced legal administrative support. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities, including handling legal documents, regulatory filings, complaints, and subpoenas. Under general supervision, the Senior Analyst partners with internal stakeholders and external counsel to streamline legal operations, enhance compliance, and support strategic initiatives.
