      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the development of strategy at the function and sub-function level
      - Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop training solutions
      - Collaborate with internal teams to manage execution of legal projects from inception to completion
      - Develop processes and visual management systems to track and report performance for complex IP workstreams
      - Administer and customize the company's IP portfolio docketing processes and datasets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or a high school diploma/GED with at least 3 years of experience in Intellectual Property
      - Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the field of Intellectual Property
      - Demonstrated understanding of various types of intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights
      - Familiarity with best practices for docketing and protection of Intellectual Property rights
      - Proven organizational skills with extraordinary attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Thorough knowledge of United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) forms, rules, and filing processes
      - Effective project management skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
      - Strong ability to explore and analyze datasets to support decision-making
      - Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
      - Self-starter with proactive problem-solving skills
