  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Operate and enhance contracting workflows, including intake, triage, SLA management, and reporting
  - Administer the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform and maintain the template library and approval matrices
  - Improve workflows for high-volume agreements using AI-assisted tools
  - Manage vendor intake and diligence workflows, including risk assessments and compliance documentation
  - Continuously seek improvements for contracting and vendor workflows to enhance speed and scalability
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 2–5 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or related fields
  - Proven experience with CLM systems implementation and administration
  - Familiarity with commercial agreements and vendor diligence processes
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with CRMs and e-signature tools
  - Knowledge of vendor risk management tools and processes
  - Familiarity with GDPR/CCPA compliance workflows and data processing agreements
