Job Description

- Manage and analyze large datasets (ranging from thousands to tens of thousands of records), ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Extract data from various systems and design data infrastructure for specific cases and databases
- Administer and provide support for various legal software programs, including document management systems (e.g., Filevine), eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Everlaw), and mass communication systems
- Develop and implement process improvements, including automation and templating, to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency
- Classify incoming data, organize files, and establish structured processes for managing information
- Collaborate with the team to determine the best approach for setting up case databases and leveraging technology for optimal results
- Experience in legal operations, preferably with litigation or class action lawsuits
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with various software programs and databases
- Proven data analysis skills and the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from large datasets
- Experience with document management systems, eDiscovery platforms, and mass communication systems is highly desirable
- Detail-oriented and committed to ensuring data accuracy and integrity
