      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform legal office support duties, including processing legal documents and managing case files
      - Enter and retrieve legal data using case management systems
      - Screen and direct visitors and phone calls to appropriate personnel
      - Assist in filing legal documents with the courts and maintaining records
      - Initiate contact with law enforcement agencies, victims, and witnesses as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Two years of general clerical or office assistant experience
      - One year of experience providing office support in a court, criminal justice, investigative, or legal office setting
      - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with successful completion of a bilingual proficiency exam
      - Ability to pass a background investigation required for employment in a law enforcement agency

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working within a California District Attorney's Office
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Familiarity with legal terminology and document processing
      - Proficiency with case management systems and data entry
      - Experience dealing with confrontational or strained interactions with the public
