      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, lead, and coordinate deliverables through written communications, team meetings, and regular communications with partners, legal matter team members, and clients
      - Define scope, develop budgets, and monitor legal spend and profitability
      - Staff projects and ensure compliance with client requirements
      - Gather client satisfaction information and review key learnings for future improvements
      - Act as an internal consultant and subject matter expert on project management and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 3 years of legal project management or practice management experience at a law firm
      - JD or Master's degree (preferably in finance, accounting, or business)
      - Strong familiarity with complex organizations like law firms and ability to effect change
      - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project management qualification such as Lean Six or PMP
      - Proficiency with Power BI
