      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Prepare legal pleadings and documents necessary to process cases on behalf of the client
      - Calendar court appearances, hearings, depositions, meetings, and other functions
      - Review incoming correspondence and pleadings and refer to appropriate attorney
      - Maintain and track records using automated case management systems
      - Organize, prioritize, and perform varied tasks and track multiple deadlines simultaneously

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Extensive experience as a legal secretary or completion of a legal secretary/paralegal training program
      - Knowledge of word processing programs, legal terminology, and legal forms
      - Understanding of the attorney/client relationship including the need for confidentiality and discretion
      - Ability to work with interruptions and adapt to changing priorities
      - Exceptional grammar, punctuation, spelling, basic editing, and formatting skills
