      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet with pre-qualified prospective clients (PNCs) via phone, video conferencing, or in person to guide them through the decision-making process for legal representation.
      - Utilize a consultative, ethical sales approach focused on empathy and value-based solutions.
      - Maintain detailed and accurate notes in the CRM system and follow up with clients who initially decline services.
      - Facilitate a professional introduction and transition to the legal team once a case is initiated.
      - Engage with management to provide feedback on lead quality and conversion performance.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Licensed Attorney in Georgia.
      - Minimum of 3 years of family law experience (divorce, custody, child support, property division, protective orders).
      - Proven track record in sales or client development, preferably in a law firm or consultative sales environment.
      - Exceptional emotional intelligence and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
      - Proficiency with legal case management systems and CRMs (e.g., MyCase, Clio, Legal Match).

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated success in telephone sales and lead generation.
      - Experience with MyCase or Legal Match.
      - Independent, self-starter with a proactive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
      - Strong follow-through, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
