Job Description

- Collaborate with internal teams to define event objectives, themes, and target audience.
- Develop comprehensive event plans.
- Coordinate logistics such as event location, time, date and other necessary accommodations.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
- Create and distribute promotional materials, invitations, and event-related content.
- Manage event registration, ticketing, and attendee communications.
- Coordinate with marketing and PR teams to maximize event visibility and media coverage.
- Develop post-event reports, including attendee feedback and Sales Representative Feedback.
- Collect and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
- Utilize tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure that Sales Representative have necessary equipment for event success.
- Train Sales Representatives at the direction of the Manager, Sales Representatives.
- Develop and maintain training curriculum for new and existing Sales Representatives and other Lehigh employees.
- Attend trade shows and sales events when needed as the subject matter expert in events and hardware.
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or two (2) to four (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for events.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected challenges.
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving event goals and objectives.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
