- Oversee and manage the daily operations of Lending, Durables, and Loans ensuring efficiency and quality in all processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact with key merchants, fostering strong and collaborative relationships to ensure a high-level customer service model.
- Monitor and evaluate customer service performance, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring established quality and efficiency standards are met.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to achieve service quality and operational goals.
- Resolve operational issues and manage incidents to minimize service interruptions.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities within operational processes and lead their implementation.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and partners involved in Lending operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management in daily operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- +10 years of experience in operational management, preferably in the Lending or financial services sector.
- Deep knowledge of operational processes and experience in lending, durables and loans products.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with technological tools and operational management systems.
- Immediate incorporation to a dynamic and agile company with a growth and expansion project.

Zinia makes shopping simple, offering the possibility of splitting payments into interest-free installments in a fast and transparent way, powering merchants across Europe using technology from Openbank and Santander Consumer Finance.

Zinia leverages the technological resources and expertise of Openbank, the digital-native bank of the Santander Group, which is currently rolling out its international expansion plans. Through a simple and flexible banking model, Openbank offers customers the possibility to manage their finances on the website or app.
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage the daily operations of Lending products. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and quality, while strengthening relationships with key merchants to deliver an exceptional customer service model.
