- Minimum of one year of High school (9th grade) completed.
- Basic knowledge of library operations, policies and procedures
- Typing or keyboard skills to enter and retrieve data using a computer terminal
- Filing alphabetically, numerically, using good spelling, and performing basic math computations
- Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact with internal and external customers in order to give and extricate information in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Shift: Monday 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Tuesday 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Wednesday 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Thursday 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM and Friday 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM. *

Description: Under the direction of the Access Manager, the Library Aide ensures appropriate and efficient processing and distribution of Library materials and provides basic customer assistance.
This position will be located at the Bethany Library, which is located at 6700 NW 35th Street in Bethany, OK 73008.

Primary Hours
This is a part-time position working approximately 20 hours a week. This position is not exempt from the federal Fair Labor Standards Act.
As of this time, the candidate will need to be available to work the following shift:
