Are you interested in making a positive impact on your community by assisting the Ontario City Library to create and support lifelong reading, learning, and enjoyment? The Ontario City Library is seeking confident, professional, team-oriented individuals interested in gaining valuable experience working in a municipal library. The Library Assistant is responsible for assisting in reference services and supporting a variety of library programs in a particular section of the library. The Library Assistant classification is used throughout the Ontario City Library in a variety of assignments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, as well as excellent customer service skills and be willing to work a flexible schedule to accomplish the department's goals and objectives.
