      As a Library Support Assistant you will be part of a team delivering Croydon’s library services directly to our customers. This will include delivering high quality customer service, supporting the delivery of activities and events and assisting customers with accessing online information and other resources. Promotion of all services to a wide range of customers is also a key part of the role.

      You will need to:

      • Have an interest is a customer focussed role with a high standard of communication skills
      • Have an interest in libraries and serving Croydon’s diverse communities
      • Be a team worker
      • Be enthusiastic in your approach to engagement with customers of all ages

      Working Pattern: Part time, permanent position, 7 hours per week. In this role you will be required to work 9am to 5pm every Saturday.

      Permanent role for 7 hours per week.

      Location: All roles will require staff to travel to any of Croydon’s Libraries
