We are seeking licensed insurance agents to support a 3-month contract. In this role, you will respond to customers via email, change/update policies, and problem-solve. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing assistance with policy-related matters.
  
  
• Process policy changes, updates, and renewals accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
  
  
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of insurance products, coverage options, and regulations associated with licenses 440, 220, and 2044.
