What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact with current policyholders via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and concerns
- Contact customers' banks or lenders to obtain necessary information for policy management
- Create and update policies, ensuring accuracy for customer review
- Process payments and issue refunds as needed
- Educate customers on their policies and available coverages
What is Required (Qualifications):
- An active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license
- Experience in a call center or high incoming call volume environment
- Superior customer service skills with demonstrated empathy through active listening
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with limited structure
- Proficiency in Google Suite or similar tools, with comfort in navigating multiple tools simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred
- Home insurance experience highly preferred
