      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding policies and billing
      - Research customer inquiries and provide timely responses to appropriate parties
      - Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while ensuring service levels are met
      - Interface with team members and management regarding customer service issues
      - Process requests within authority level and maintain accurate documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One or more active licenses in Property & Casualty
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
      - Strong attention to detail and good decision-making skills
      - High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
      - Experience with homeowners' insurance preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance
      - Bilingual in Spanish
      - Previous insurance agency or direct carrier experience
      - Ability to adapt to change and maintain a positive attitude
      - Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
