What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls for EAP and Behavioral
- Conduct assessments and triage for routine and crisis callers
- Provide solution-focused consultation to assist members with issue resolution
- Determine member eligibility and benefit coverage
- Update and enter clinical notes in the care management database
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Current, unrestricted, independent behavioral health license in your state of residence
- 3+ years of clinical experience
- 2+ years of experience with Windows PC applications
- Ability to work a full-time schedule with rotating weekends and holidays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CEAP certification
- Call center experience
- Experience working with Adult Crisis population doing risk assessments
- Experience performing therapy/counseling with adults
- Experience supporting an Employee Assistance Program
