      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales growth through inbound and outbound calls, live chat, and SMS with prospective customers
      - Utilize insurance expertise to uncover customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
      - Obtain Property & Casualty License with support from the employer
      - Adhere to company and industry regulations while managing time and sales production
      - Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve sales goals without prospecting for leads

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty License within 3 testing attempts
      - At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience with a sales focus preferred
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
      - Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace at home

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Active Property & Casualty License in the state of residence is highly preferred
      - Open to working evening and weekend hours
      - Possess high stress tolerance and critical thinking skills
      - Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs simultaneously
      - Motivated by challenges and committed to achieving sales success
