What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle 70-100 inbound calls daily from policyholders and clients, providing guidance in both English and Spanish
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries related to policies, billing, endorsements, and claims
- Process and issue insurance documents including policies, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations
- Investigate and resolve premium discrepancies, system issues, and processing errors
- Collaborate with internal departments and external clients for seamless service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active P&C Insurance License (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role within the insurance industry
- Proven ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality and professionalism
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
