What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide information to customers about various healthcare options and insurance policies
- Assist customers in selecting insurance policies that best fit their needs
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
- Promote insurance products and services to achieve sales targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Must hold a valid Healthcare Insurance License
- Previous call center experience is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry
