  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, including various administrative tasks
  - Create and deliver mortgage loan disclosure packages to borrowers
  - Clarify and correct information, obtaining additional details as needed
  - Manage a pipeline of various loan types, ensuring timely closings
  - Provide general clerical and phone support to loan officers and processors
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School Diploma or GED
  - NMLS License required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
  - Minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact
  - Excellent communication and customer service skills
  - Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous sales support experience
  - Salesforce experience
