What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide wound-related patient care under the direction of the RN/Provider, following established protocols
- Assist with intake and discharge processes as needed
- Gather patient information and necessary equipment for the RN or provider
- Report quality of care issues to the Clinical Nurse Manager and communicate with team members about therapeutic interventions
- Perform hyperbaric oxygen therapy duties after completing required training

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program/state-approved educational program
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice
- Two (2) or more years of experience as LPN/LVN, including at least one (1) year in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) setting
- Demonstrated competency in Basic Life Support (BLS)

- Working knowledge of computerized nursing systems
