      Founded in 2017, Vitae Health Systems is one of the largest providers of internal medicine and behavioral health services to the residents of Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities. Headquartered in Chicago, IL, we currently operate in over 10 states and are rapidly expanding throughout the USA.

      The Position

      As we continue to grow, we are looking for part-time and full-time licensed professional counselors to work with the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting. Our psychotherapy positions can include:

      · Training & Supervision

      · Free CEUs/CMEs

      · 401k with 25% match on the first 6% of deferrals

      Qualifications

      · Hold an active and unrestricted LPC in the state.

      · A completed masters in counseling.
