What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate insurance needs and deepen customer relationships using a consultative approach
- Work with prospective and existing customers via various communication channels
- Participate in new employee orientation and ongoing training programs
- Available to work 40 hours a week within operational hours, including weekends
- Acquire knowledge of insurance products and services to effectively assist customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School (HS)/GED or 2 years sales experience in a virtual environment
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines license
- Minimum of one year prior sales and/or customer service experience in insurance
- Expert consultative skills and ability to apply cross-selling techniques
- Familiarity with CSAA Insurance Group website information and self-service capabilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Property and Casualty industry experience
- Certificates or designations through the American Institute of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters
- Bilingual Spanish (read, write, speak)
- Actively shapes company culture and participates in employee resource groups
