- Providetop-quality emergency nursing care, including triage, diagnostics, and treatments
- Mentor and coach team members to develop technical and communication skills
- Coordinate daily staff assignments and direct team members to maintain efficient treatment flow
- Ensure allend-of-shift responsibilitiesare completed before staff departure
- Participate in thetraining and onboardingof new team members
- Maintain accuratecontrolled drug logs and complete daily checks in EzyVet
- Act as a key liaison between ER technicians, assistants, and hospital leadership
- Monitor and managedaily staffing needs, scheduling updates, and shift coordination
- Support and uphold all hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards
- Attend leadership meetings and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives
- Wednesday–Saturday:2:00 PM– 12:30 AM
- Someholidays are required
- Startingat $31/hr, commensurate with experience
