      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and oversee the employer's alcohol license program, including applications, renewals, and amendments
      - Maintain a comprehensive database of all licenses and their renewal dates
      - Draft and prepare alcohol-related agreements such as leases and management agreements in collaboration with legal counsel
      - Liaise with finance and tax departments to ensure compliance with state tax requirements
      - Assist with other licenses and registrations, including business licenses and health permits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in obtaining alcohol licenses and other business-related permits
      - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
      - Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote team members with minimal supervision

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with tied house rules
      - Experience in the sports, entertainment, or hospitality industries
      - Previous experience working within a legal team
