What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the management and oversight of the employer's alcohol license program
- Prepare and submit alcohol license applications, including renewals and amendments, to relevant authorities
- Maintain a database of all licenses and renewal dates
- Draft alcohol-related agreements, such as leases and management agreements, in coordination with legal team
- Track alcohol license violations and assist with other licenses and registrations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience obtaining alcohol licenses and other types of business licenses/registrations/permits
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with word processing software (e.g., Word, Excel)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with tied house rules
- Experience in the sports, entertainment, and/or hospitality industry
- Strong sense of ethics and integrity with a history of sound judgment
