      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage an assigned caseload of investigations on liquor license applicants
      - Conduct in-depth interviews to determine eligibility and assess document requirements
      - Analyze financial and legal documents to confirm compliance with regulations
      - Evaluate information from various sources to assess public safety risks
      - Prepare summary reports and assist applicants with the licensing process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two (2) years of experience analyzing or interpreting financial or legal documents, or laws and regulations for licensing
      - An Associate's Degree or higher
      - Strong communication skills for public interaction
      - Ability to research, interpret, and apply laws and regulations
      - Experience with public contact and problem resolution

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a regulatory or licensing environment
      - Familiarity with electronic imaging and workflow management systems
      - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
      - Knowledge of the liquor and cannabis laws in Washington State
      - Participation in diversity and inclusion initiatives
