What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and input application information into the agency database and issue deficiency notices as needed
- Assist clients with questions regarding licensure and certification requirements, testing, and fees
- Provide technical assistance based on research and interpretation of program rules and regulations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the client experience
- Compile and generate reports related to customer service surveys
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1-year experience in data entry, customer support, licensing, or related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in using Google Suite and Workspace
- Ability to apply problem-solving techniques to resolve complex technical issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a regulatory or governmental environment
- Familiarity with the Nurse Practice Act and agency policies
- Skills in conflict resolution and negotiation
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to conduct research and perform quality control reviews
