What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and prepare applications for licensure, DEA, and state Controlled and Dangerous Substance Registration
- Research and enter data and information gathered from clinicians to support the application process
- Complete clinician licensure, DEA, and state CRS applications and monitor application progress
- Maintain accurate data for clinicians, including licenses, certificates, and credentialing documents
- Track medical licensure, DEA certification, and state CRS certifications for all clinicians
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One year of licensing experience, preferred
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Word, Excel & Access
- Preferred understanding of medical terminology
