What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage state licensure, DEA, CDS, and collaborative practice agreements for various practitioner types
- Expedite the licensure application process by communicating effectively with practitioners to gather necessary information
- Coordinate submission of all practitioner verifications required by state boards
- Ensure timely communication with internal teams regarding licensure status and updates
- Maintain accurate data in credentialing software and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in licensing or credentialing roles
- Experience obtaining physician state licenses and managing licensing volume across multiple states
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Smartsheet
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Experience filing/amending collaborative practice agreements
- Creative and persistent problem solver
- Ability to research data and draw conclusions effectively
- Client service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CME requirements by state
