What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage state licensure, DEA, CDS, and collaborative practice agreements for various practitioner types
- Prepare detailed communication to guide practitioners through the licensing application process
- Expedite the licensure application process by coordinating with practitioners and state boards
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive data in credentialing software and ensure timely updates
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in obtaining physician state licenses and managing licensing volume across multiple states
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Smartsheet
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive deliverables
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a client service orientation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with filing and amending collaborative practice agreements
- Knowledge of CME requirements by state
- Creative and persistent problem solver
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and government agencies
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and confidential information
