What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop study proposals and budgets for real-world evidence (RWE) studies using various data assets
- Design and oversee the implementation of RWE generation conducted by interdisciplinary teams
- Build and maintain relationships with life sciences clients to anticipate their research needs
- Communicate complex ideas, methodologies, and results to clients and stakeholders
- Prepare and review abstracts, presentations, and manuscripts, presenting findings at scientific meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced degree (PhD) in healthcare analytics or a related quantitative discipline
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in life sciences research consulting (RWE, HEOR, epidemiology, safety)
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to convey complex ideas and methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and oversee various work products simultaneously
- Excellent collaborative attitude and team-focused mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in epidemiology or pharmacovigilance would be advantageous
- Familiarity with statistical techniques relevant to healthcare analytics
- Previous involvement in presenting research findings at educational conferences
