Lifesharing Program Specialist
Monday – Friday, standard business hours (with On Call rotation)
Hybrid remote / mobile / in office position
KenCrest is seeking a Lifesharing Program Specialist to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties.As a Lifesharing Specialist, you will be responsible for the oversight and support of I/DD individuals in a family-style Lifesharing arrangement. This is done by providing an array of support to the individual by managing and attending medical appointments, facilitating monthly meetings with the Lifesharing family, providing financial oversight, personal advocacy, documentation and care plan implementation in compliance with State (PA Chapter 6500) and Program regulations, and much more!

Qualifications:
