What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical leadership and develop solutions to meet project objectives in laboratory settings
- Design, develop, validate, and deploy software applications related to NGS data analysis
- Serve as a subject matter expert on systems and workflows, ensuring high-tier production support
- Mentor and guide engineers and project team members to achieve project goals
- Prepare reports and data analyses for internal reviews and communications related to business objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a LIMS Field Application Specialist role, preferably in healthcare or diagnostics
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of using and building LIMS systems for sequencing-based laboratory workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulations (e.g., HL7, FHIR, CLIA) is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MSc or PhD degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
