What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult with retailers to implement strategies that drive Parts & Service business growth and improve retailer performance
- Analyze retailer traffic and sales data to develop actionable plans for service product offerings
- Support retailers in achieving compliance with Lincoln Commitment Program standards and improve client advocacy
- Drive initiatives that enhance service capacity and innovate client experiences, including Mobile Service and Lincoln Way app usage
- Collaborate with retailers to monitor warranty performance and assist with reducing Vehicle Off Road (VOR) days
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience working directly with or for automotive dealerships/retailers
- 3+ years of experience executing strategies that improve retailer performance
- Ability to travel significantly (typically 3+ days per week) within the specified East Market territory
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and develop effective strategies
