Position Title: Line Lead

Position Summary:
As a Line Lead, you will assist in the set up the production line and perform inventory control measures. Meet production timelines and goals, which may include assisting sanitation to reduce any downtime. Oversee all individual staff member performance within the line.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
To ensure the production line and all related machinery runs effectively and efficiently on a daily basis.
2.
Attention to all aspects of the employee’s duties that impact food quality and safety.
3.
Report all concerns about food quality and safety to his/ her immediate supervisor.
4.
Possess the ability to start up, shut down and make setting changes to the production line and all related equipment.
5.
Ensure ingredients are brought to the production line, and finished product is taken to the freezer in a timely manner.
6.
Watches over quality aspect of the entire production line to ensure a quality product is going into the freezer, by continually monitoring Q.A. paperwork and product appearance.
7.
Work with line employees to keep product in specification.
8.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
9.
Perform any/ all duties as directed by a supervisor, within safe working conditions.
