For UPM Sales we are currently looking for two Linerless Sales Managers (m/w/d), one responsible for DACH region and one for Western Europe with focus on France and Spain.

What you’ll do

• Identify and develop new linerless business in the retail and logistics end-use segments, identify potential customers, build and establish business relationships, promote and sell linerless products, and close the deal.

• Develop and implement sales plans, activities, and campaigns for an assigned geography, market segment, or particular customers.

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and targets.

• Monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources.

• Negotiate sales with new customers and actively liaise with customers.

• Contribute to the development of sales, customer retention, pricing, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility through provision of market intelligence and customer information.

Who you are

• You have a University degree/education in relevant field and/or min. 3-7 years of experience in a similar role or field.

• You have experience in the specific end use areas of retail and logistics.

• Knowledge of the linerless, packaging or labelling market and industry.

• You are able to transform end user needs to business opportunities.

• You possess sales processes knowledge and communication/networking skills.
