      Lining Operations Manager

      The Lining Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of epoxy lining projects. This role involves managing field crews, ensuring safety compliance, optimizing project efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, extensive industry knowledge, and a results-oriented mindset.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities

      1. Managing all aspects of epoxy lining operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
      2. Supervising, training, and supporting field technicians to maintain high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
      3. Developing and implementing operational procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and safety.
      4. Coordinating with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
      5. Conducting quality control inspections and troubleshooting technical issues to uphold service standards.
      6. Monitoring and enforcing compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and safety guidelines.
      7. Overseeing equipment maintenance schedules, inventory control processes, and material procurement.
      8. Analyzing project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions.
      9. Staying informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
      10. Performing additional duties as assigned by leadership.

      Minimum Qualifications

      1. At least 10 years of experience in epoxy lining, trenchless technology, or related construction fields.
      2. Proven leadership experience in managing field teams and operational workflows.
      3. Strong knowledge of epoxy lining techniques, materials, tools, and equipment.
      4. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety compliance requirements.
      5. Excellent problem-solving skills with strong organizational abilities and project management expertise.
      6. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments or teams.
      7. Proficiency in project management software as well as basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
      8. A valid driver's license with the ability to travel as needed for job site visits.

      Physical Demands & Work Environment

      1. Lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds regularly; occasional moderate lifting (15–20 pounds).
      2. Performing physical activities such as sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing stairs, or opening doors as part of daily tasks.
      3. Using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers/scanners regularly.
      4. Working extended hours beyond a typical 40-hour workweek when necessary (up to 12 hours per day).
