- Assist Legal Assistants and Paralegals Supporting 5 Attorneys with administrative duties.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, court dates, and client appointments
- Assist with e-filing and e-recording of legal documents across various jurisdictions
- Assist with litigation support,
- Maintain and organize case files and ensure timely updates
- Assist with time entry and invoice processing
- Document editing, styling, formatting
- Tender letters
- Proforma processing
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding case updates and deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding case updates and deadlines
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of law firm experience
- Knowledge of litigation processes and legal documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal e-filing systems
- Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, punctual, and dependable team player
- Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS - This position routinely utilizes standard office equipment such as laptops, computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets, in a home office as well as an in-person office environment.
- Ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds.
- This position is generally performed in a professional office setting; 70% sitting, 20% standing, and 10% walking.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Litigation Assistant to join our fast-paced and collaborative legal team. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for client service. This role supports The Construction Litigation Team.
