      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise, mentor, and develop foreign paralegal staff to ensure quality and efficiency
      - Independently propound and respond to discovery requests, crafting tailored strategies
      - Prepare precise jury charges and draft related legal documents
      - Draft comprehensive petitions, pleadings, and complaints for state and federal jurisdictions
      - Proactively manage deadlines to ensure timely submission of legal documents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Fluency in both English and Spanish
      - Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in Texas Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law and Employment Law
      - Proven ability to independently draft legal documents and develop strategies
      - Exceptional organizational skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
      - Experience in training and supervising junior and foreign paralegals
