What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of civil litigation cases from inception to resolution
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation and e-discovery processes
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
- Maintain organized case files and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of strong civil litigation experience
- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program
- E-discovery platform experience
- Trial experience
