      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate regularly with Attorneys to develop strategies for case management
      - Utilize client management software to document interactions with clients and legal counterparts
      - Prepare legal documents under the direction of Attorneys
      - Conduct legal research and draft various legal documents including motions and briefs
      - Manage a large caseload while maintaining professional interactions with clients and colleagues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal injury law
      - At least 1-2 years of experience at a plaintiff law firm
      - Knowledge of federal and state court procedures
      - Strong persuasive writing and analytical reasoning skills
      - Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace with typing speed of 45+ WPM

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Spanish speaking skills
      - Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively
      - Previous experience managing a high volume of cases
