What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage relationships with insurance brokers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators to ensure timely and strategic claim handling
- Assist with fact investigations related to litigation matters, focusing on product liability cases
- Handle discovery tasks, including gathering information and responding to discovery and e-discovery requests
- Provide legal support for pre-litigation product liability claims, including researching legal matters and reviewing settlement agreements
- Maintain an organized database of all active litigation and approve invoices for accuracy and compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working at a law firm or in an in-house legal department
- Strong ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders

- Previous experience with product liability, business litigation, and regulatory compliance
