      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist attorneys in managing complex litigation cases, maintaining organized case files and tracking deadlines
      - Conduct thorough legal research and prepare summaries for attorneys
      - Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and discovery requests
      - Interview witnesses and assist with witness preparation for depositions and trial
      - Manage relationships with external law firms and facilitate communication between outside counsel and internal teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Arizona Driver License
      - 1-3 years of experience working in a legal environment
      - Knowledge of concepts, terminology, and procedures of American law
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including writing legal documents
      - Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or a closely related field, and/or a paralegal certificate
      - Acceptable paralegal certifications such as ALP, PLS, CLP, or PP from NALS
      - Strong litigation focus preferred
